Hawaii Now Permits Qualified Out-of-State Medical Cannabis Patient Purchases
If you’re a registered medical cannabis patient you know that traveling out-of-state (or abroad) can mean you’re cut-off from your medicine. Federal law prohibits transportation of cannabis across state lines. Also, you can’t use your medical cannabis card in most other states that have their own programs.
