Billy Caldwell is 13 years old and lives with the debilitating effects of epilepsy. His daily multiple seizures were destroying his life until his mother discovered medical cannabis. But, Britain declared his use of it illegal so Billy and his mom moved to Canada to treat him. Now they are back in Britain and Billy is legally able to treat his epilepsy with cannabis. But it was a hard fight that was ultimately taken up by all of the UK.
