CBD is ubiquitous. It’s sold by gas stations, drug stores, dispensaries, online, or by your neighbor, uncle, or co-worker. And it all works great for everything and anything that ails you, right? Well, the real thing actually does do a lot for a ton of ailments. But can it do the kind of heavy lifting that people with serious diseases or conditions need? What about CBD for cancer?
